Street style occupies a lot of space across the majority of fashion blogs I read on the regular. People are rightfully fascinated by what style bloggers and fashion gurus wear as they go about their everyday lives. There are only so many things that can be said about supermodels and clothes that photograph well, but do not lend themselves to ordinary lifestyles.
My Tez Style Guide to Sunday Streetwear illustrates a casual outfit that is easy and affordable for young men to duplicate. I used an overly-faded denim jacket as the focal point of this look. The jacket fits me well, but is relaxed enough to allow for layers underneath. I balanced the light stonewashed denim with dark indigo chinos. As a foundation garment, I wore an ombre grey hooded sweater. Pulling a hood out of the back of a denim jacket allows it to lie flat and also conveys the casualness that is so crucial for street style. A high-quality watch shows attention to detail, and my neon green sneakers add a pop of bold color to the monochromatic scheme.
I completed my look with some over-sized aviator sunglasses. They are a classic style with a vintage twist, which is a simple way to add a fashion-conscious element to almost any outfit.
